I am a 31-year-old journalism graduate of Eastern Illinois University. I am serving my fourth internship, this one with the Associated Press in Des Moines, Iowa. I am also proud to have gone through the Chips Quinn Scholar program in Tennessee and love being a Chipster. I was editor-in-chief of The Daily Eastern News, Eastern's student publication, in the fall of 2007. The Journey covers my internships and then wherever journalism takes me.
